Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative for Respiratory Care to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with referral sources and ensuring timely admissions and patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the respiratory patient base and associated device sales
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions between the community physician practice or post-acute setting and the home setting
  3. Provide educational sessions to healthcare professionals, physicians, and patients on current home care options and capabilities
  4. Ensure accurate and timely documentation to facilitate referrals and admissions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the medical devices industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Estimated salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience)
