We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Motion Control Specialist to drive controller tuning and qualification for a precision, multi-axis stage on a highly-complex reticle inspection tool. As a key member of our team at Disability Solutions, you will be responsible for modeling and measuring system dynamics to understand the impact on stage performance and defining options to improve it.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of sensors, actuators, control algorithms, signal processing, and data analysis methods to assess and improve stage performance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including software, electrical, mechanical, systems, and optical engineers to define plans for system-level testing and debugging.

What We Offer:

As an Advanced Motion Control Specialist, you can expect an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. If you have a Doctorate degree and 3 years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, we encourage you to apply.
