About the Job

This Recruitment and Operations Manager position will serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the HR team in areas including, but not limited to:

Implementation of web-based HR technology platforms, leading change management and training programs for user buy-in and adoption.

Compensation Analysis - research job requirements and positions to ensure equitable and competitive salary benchmarks and pay structure.

Evaluate, recommend and implement performance management strategies addressing the full life-cycle from goal-setting to performance evaluations.

Provides recruitment services either through direct hire or working with external partners, including identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best candidates to fill vacancies.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert and resource to the HR team.
  • Leading change management and training programs for user buy-in and adoption.
  • Researching job requirements and positions to ensure equitable and competitive salary benchmarks and pay structure.
  • Evaluating, recommending and implementing performance management strategies.
  • Providing recruitment services through direct hire or external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of business experience with three years in a HR-related role.
  • HR Certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
  • Two or more years corporate recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent service delivery skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities.
