Job Description

As a Regional Dispatcher at Synerfac Technical Staffing, you will be responsible for efficiently managing daily schedules for Service Technicians, dispatching them promptly as service calls are completed. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Service Call Management: Manage daily schedules for Service Technicians, ensuring they are dispatched promptly to complete service calls.
  2. Follow-up Visits: Arrange follow-up visits with customers, collaborating with vendors for part deliveries when required.
  3. Work Order Generation: Generate work orders swiftly upon receipt of service calls, optimizing assignments based on technician expertise and location.
  4. Customer Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the company's database for streamlined service tracking.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching, demonstrating strong customer care skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities.
