  • Quality Control: Handle spoiled or damaged products per established guidelines, ensuring that they are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-stocked department, ensuring that it meets the high standards of SpartanNash.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines, Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations, and Guest Experience Guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, including email, spreadsheets, and other software applications
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
  • Accounting Skills: Accounting/Bookkeeping skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze financials, develop and manage budgets, and delegate and direct others
  • Suggestive Selling: Knowledge of products and the ability to make suggestive sales
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
