Medical Nurse Specialist

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform comprehensive assessments on patients, identifying problems and needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain expertise and stay current with industry advancements.
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS within 90 days of hire.
- Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications within 6 months of hire (dependent on unit assignment).
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within 6 months of hire (dependent on unit assignment).
- AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire (dependent on unit assignment).
- ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire (dependent on unit assignment).
