As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service in the meat department.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of meat department staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Ensure high-quality products are consistently available and presented in a clean and safe environment
  • Manage labor budgets and schedules to maximize productivity and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote store events and promotions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or related field
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with meat industry standards and regulations
