About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated business professional passionate about enhancing customer experience to join our in-house team at our Little Italy office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to become the leading brand in our industry.

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and escalating more complex or serious issues to a supervisor or manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, or chat.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.
  • Process customer returns and exchanges.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex or serious issues to a supervisor or manager.
  • Manage software tools to ensure customer fulfillment is timely and accurate.
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of specific department activities.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and policies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Full-time, in-person (non-remote) position.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with e-commerce experience preferred.
  • 60+ WPM typing speed required.
  • Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and people skills - team player attitude.
  • Must be able to work in the US.
