About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Admission, Graduate to join our team at Baldwin Wallace University. This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will plan, implement, and direct multiple institutional programs, priorities, initiatives, and services aimed at meeting the enrollment needs of the university, specifically as they pertain to graduate and professional students. They will hold budget responsibility and accountability for program assignments and ensure maximum institutional synergy from individual efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall recruitment plan for the university's graduate and professional studies programs, focusing on areas such as health science and education.
  • Supervise professional counseling staff and graduate interns, providing ongoing training, management, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance recruitment initiatives, including deans, faculty, and staff in graduate studies and research.
