The Impact You'll Make:
  • Collaborate with our Chief Product Owner and business manager to establish Scrum team priorities and drive business value.
  • Document and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to deliver desired outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage trade-offs between cost, schedule, and business/client benefit to ensure the best possible results.
  • Continually determine business value and prioritization for new and existing issues to drive product development.

  • Represent the views and desires of customers in Agile/Scrum planning sessions with developers to ensure customer-centric product development.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a professional with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or healthcare.
  • At least 7 years of equivalent specific experience in software development, client support, or client operations.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience using Agile software development methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and teams.
  • Ability to meet timelines set in project plans and produce high-quality products.
  • Ability to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology, with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
