Job Summary

Recurrent Energy is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an O&M Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar farms, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs, start-up tests, and repairs, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and suggest corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members, sub-contractors, and other groups to improve system performance, drive product quality, and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Project Commissioning: Assist with project commissioning and testing to ensure smooth handover to operations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in assigned trainings in safety, environmental, and other areas to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and supervise sub-contractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in field work.
  • Certifications: NABCEP Certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • License: Valid driver's license required.
