Key Responsibilities- Assess and Address Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and behavioral health needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide nursing care that meets the highest standards of quality and safety, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and Document Patient Status: Continuously monitor patients' status and document any changes or concerns, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available to the healthcare team.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of psychiatric healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active license issued by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: Successful completion of necessary certifications within specified timelines.
