We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Surge LLC.

About the Job:

  • Estimated Salary: $20,000 - $32,000 per year
  • Location: Imperial, PA

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for performing various manufacturing tasks, including welding steel subassemblies according to AWS B2.1/B2.1M standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Weld steel subassemblies to meet quality and safety standards
  2. Create, prove out, and document dock leveler manufacturing processes with emphasis on welding
  3. Collaborate with the launch team to implement welding, painting, and assembly processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Versatile in performing different manufacturing tasks/duties
  • AWS B2.1/B21M Qualified welder
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S principles
