We are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of federal and state employment regulations and the ability to provide strategic advice to clients on complex employment issues.

About the Role:

As a Labor & Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to, workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.">
  • Provide counsel on a broad range of labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, employee benefits, and labor relations.">
  • Draft and review employment contracts, severance agreements, non-compete agreements, and other employment-related documents.">
  • Conduct legal research and stay current with labor and employment laws and regulations.">
  • Advise clients on best practices for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.">
  • Handle administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor (DOL), and other regulatory agencies.">
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.">
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely and effective communication and legal advice.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.">
  • Active membership in the Bar of the relevant state(s).">
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law.">
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.">
  • Excellent litigation and negotiation skills.">
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.">
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving positive outcomes for clients.">
