Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to provide effective problem-solving skills and understanding of referral patterns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to provide compassionate care.
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare regulations and related reimbursement practices related to hospice and long-term care.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000-$110,000 per year.
  • A $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in hospice, home healthcare sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
