Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials.
  • Utilize a handheld scanner with precision.
  • Load and unload trailers as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with the 7S program.
  • Commit to process excellence and adhere to the Supply Chain quality policy.
  • Execute inbound receiving processes.
Qualifications:

To be successful at GXO, you will need:

  • Certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including potential overtime.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 75 lbs.
  • Handle objects of various shapes and sizes.
  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Manage tools and equipment.
  • Tolerate varying warehouse temperatures.
