About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dialysis team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred
