Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Dialysis Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of chronic dialysis experience within the last two years and be able to work 36 hours per week with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals requiring dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and certification in dialysis nursing
  • Minimum one year of chronic dialysis experience within the last two years
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with flexible shifts
