We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology in Noblesville. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth of our Indy Market.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday from 12:00pm-8:30pm with shift differential, benefits, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus available. The ideal candidate will have experience in MRI imaging, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screens patients before exams for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination.
  • Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures, ensuring they understand the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision or repeats scanned.
  • Maintains positive relationships with radiologists, customers, and peers, following physicians' orders precisely and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Accurately maintains patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Maintains an orderly and clean work area, promoting good safety habits for patients and coworkers.

Additional Duties:

  • Assists with maintaining updated imaging protocol manuals and software upgrades.
  • Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary.
  • Trains new associates, providing resource and technical expertise.
