Position Summary

As a Recruitment Insights Specialist, your primary focus will be to analyze and interpret data related to the recruitment process, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement. You will engage in data analysis from diverse candidate sources, including applicant tracking systems, job postings, and candidate databases. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Trend Identification:

  • Perform comprehensive data analyses to uncover recruitment trends and generate essential KPIs and dashboards.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to recruitment and sourcing teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contribute significantly to the development and scaling of Alliance Animal Health's Talent Acquisition data platform.
  • Lead targeted analyses with the Talent Acquisition team to reveal trends and provide critical hiring insights.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Produce weekly and ad hoc reports from our applicant tracking system (ATS), various job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Design visually engaging dashboards for the recruiting and operations teams, emphasizing key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and effectiveness ratios.
  • Support various HR data and reporting needs to offer valuable insights on retention and employee engagement.
Qualifications

Education: A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration.

Certification Preferences: Data analyst certifications, SQL, Machine Learning, Power BI.

Skills: Extensive experience and proficiency with MS Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), talent acquisition and applicant tracking software, and various national job boards.
