Key Responsibilities:


• Spend 20-30% of the time in the field, providing support and assistance with system installations.


• In the office, focus on panel and programming design for control systems.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate control system designs.


• Perform maintenance on previously installed systems.


• Occasionally, dedicate 100% of the time to control system design, upgrades, and improvements.


• Update drawings and designs to meet new requirements.


• Oversee complete system overhauls, including partial upgrades and redesigns, ensuring installation support and proper system integration.


• Manage long-term projects that typically span one year from start to finish.


• Integrate new equipment into control systems and update outdated programming software.


• Perform primarily local travel, with occasional overnight stays (5-10% travel).

Requirements:


• 5 to 10 years of experience in automation controls integration and design.


• Industrial and/or manufacturing experience.


• PLC Experience (Allen Bradley, RSLogix)

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
