As a Senior Product Review Engineer at CTS International, you will be instrumental in the evaluation and support of commercial derivative aircraft programs. We are looking for dedicated engineers who thrive in hands-on environments and possess a strong aptitude for addressing intricate engineering challenges. Your collaboration with production teams will be essential as you leverage your knowledge to conduct thorough root cause analyses, devise innovative solutions, and uphold safety and engineering compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical investigations to address product and process discrepancies.
  • Formulate both interim and definitive engineering solutions for non-conformances.
  • Work in tandem with production teams to enhance processes and product quality.
  • Assist in structural and electrical rework and repairs.
  • Provide insights during design phase evaluations and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is mandatory along with an active US Security Clearance (or the capability to obtain one).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural and electrical repairs within the aerospace sector.
  • Familiarity with commercial material review processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience with avionics systems and troubleshooting aircraft electrical issues.
  • Experience with Materials Review Board (MRB) or Universal Product Review (UPR) authority.
  • Background in executive interior design and modifications for wide-body aircraft.
