Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as Clinic Director at SportsCare Physical Therapy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing our clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments, as needed.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide quality care.
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure that patient wait times are minimized.
- Manage and maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure that the clinic complies with all relevant regulations, including state licensing, insurance, and Medicare guidelines.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the clinic's services.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
- Several years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and the community.
