Role Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Controller with a robust financial acumen to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering the accounting and finance division, ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and supervising the preparation of financial statements and budgets. This position also entails leading a team, scrutinizing project expenditures, and spearheading initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.

  • Manage financial documentation and oversee month-end closing processes
  • Direct budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Administer cash flow and analyze project costs
  • Lead the accounting team
  • Assist management with strategic decision-making
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA certification is required
  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and leadership capabilities
