Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Director for our occupational health services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings, with a strong background in clinical operations, OSHA, and DOT regulations. A demonstrated ability to supervise, evaluate, and develop staff is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance clinical efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical program
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state where employed
  • Board certification or eligibility in ABPM, ABFM, AOA, or medical board in the state where employed
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • BLS and AED certification; ACLS certification preferred

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
