As the Community Director, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and proficient property management, thereby enhancing the living experience for residents and optimizing the performance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a committed team to provide superior service
  • Showcase available apartments to potential residents
  • Ensure timely collection of rents and address resident inquiries with professionalism
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Foster resident engagement through various events and initiatives
  • Carry out a range of property management tasks with enthusiasm and commitment

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee staff and ensure the completion of their responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage follow-up tasks
  • Deliver exceptional service to residents
  • Monitor financial performance of the property and achieve budgetary goals
  • Lead marketing strategies to fulfill objectives
  • Efficiently manage maintenance operations
  • Document property activities and maintain a cooperative work environment
  • Assist in organizing community events on-site
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as required

Required Skills:

Strong communication abilities, financial acumen, decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in Real Page, MRI, and Microsoft Office 365.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, stand, sit, walk, lift/move items up to 20 pounds, and drive as necessary.
