Essential Duties:
- Oversee staff and ensure the completion of their responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections and manage follow-up tasks
- Deliver exceptional service to residents
- Monitor financial performance of the property and achieve budgetary goals
- Lead marketing strategies to fulfill objectives
- Efficiently manage maintenance operations
- Document property activities and maintain a cooperative work environment
- Assist in organizing community events on-site
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required
Required Skills:
Strong communication abilities, financial acumen, decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in Real Page, MRI, and Microsoft Office 365.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively, stand, sit, walk, lift/move items up to 20 pounds, and drive as necessary.
