Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Operations Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our Site Manager to develop strategies to ensure the overall value of our IBS program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and stored.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of company equipment and vehicles.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the fleet shop.
  • Train and supervise employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized while maintaining high-quality services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
