About the Role

Fulton Center is seeking a highly skilled and organized Per-Diem Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, prospective candidates, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and prospective candidates, answer telephones, and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and manage calendars for conference rooms, receive, sort, and forward incoming mail, and coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Office Management: Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies, and perform other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, solid computer skills, and a very positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
