Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries about product features, benefits, and availability.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety within the store.
  • Efficiently handle all cash register transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Contribute to the store's profitability by managing product flow accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:
  • No specific educational requirements (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sales (POS) systems and other in-store technology.

Work Environment

This position requires a proactive approach in a dynamic retail setting, including:
  • Regular physical activity, including lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Flexibility to work varied retail hours based on business needs.
