Job Summary

The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor team. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales floor team by maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
