Position Summary: We are currently seeking full-time, long-term Warehouse Associates who will enjoy health and dental benefits starting within the first 30 days, along with paid time off and weekly paychecks. This role involves handling gently used women's apparel, including blouses, pants, and undergarments.

Shift Details:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM ($15.50/hour)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process returns by reading and editing invoices, and efficiently using computer systems.
  • Inspect, fold, and package apparel merchandise for distribution.
  • Label bags for identification and organize clothing in boxes, marking them with appropriate brand and inventory location.
  • Ensure comfort and efficiency while handling gently used women's clothing.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10-12 hours), with physical tasks including reaching, twisting, and squatting.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs without mechanical assistance.
  • Strong visual acuity to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and safety signs.
  • Ability to respond to auditory signals and alerts in the work environment.
  • Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions.

Additional Requirements: Candidates must pass a background check and drug test, be at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma or GED.
