Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize stockouts.
  • Parts Procurement: Monitor and manage the parts inventory, anticipating needs based on promotions, market trends, and suggested stock orders.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure the security and quality of inventory, conducting regular audits and assessments.
  • Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring availability and quality of parts.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor parts staff to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience in parts management or a similar role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time and perform physical tasks as needed.
