About the Role

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our center's mission and values. You will be responsible for creating engaging brand content, managing social media accounts, and representing our brand at events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that meets our marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging brand content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Event Representation: Represent our brand at events and conferences, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting our center's mission.
  • Fundraising Support: Assist in organizing campaigns that lead to donations, track fundraising activities, and update records as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in branding and marketing principles, including brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in marketing.
  • Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for brand promotion.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
