Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion food and beverages according to standardized recipes and menus

  • Set up and serve special catering functions as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment
  • Follow standard practices for storing, issuing, covering, labeling, and dating of foods
  • Properly dispose of waste and garbage
  • Assist with patient menu selection and tray assembly
  • Perform general cleaning of all areas in food service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
