Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

ProMedica is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Arden Courts Memory Care Virginia Beach. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, food service, and housekeeping. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide food and beverage services, including meal preparation and serving
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with behavior management and socialization activities
  • Document resident care and services provided
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Knowledge and experience working with elderly
  • Certification required according to state regulations
