About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and high-energy Group Fitness Instructor & Health Coach to join our team at THE MAX Challenge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and coaching our members towards their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-energy fitness classes to diverse groups of members
  • Coach members on nutrition and wellness strategies to support their goals
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class environment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience teaching fitness classes, with a focus on group fitness
  • National accredited certification in a relevant field (e.g. aerobics, cross-fit, weight training)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable utilizing technology to teach classes and engage with members
