Job Summary

The Software Quality Analyst, II is a key member of our team responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications. This role involves performing manual testing, defining test cases, and collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Document test results and escalate issues to the development team
  • Work closely with QA Automation Engineers to incorporate manual tests into automation suites
  • Participate in defect triage efforts and contribute to deployment readiness discussions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of QA best practices and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Selenium or other automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
