Job Title: Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Levy Gallatin Mill Services in Ghent, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, planning and scheduling mobile equipment and plant maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts inventory and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Plan and schedule mobile equipment and plant maintenance activities
  • Work closely with site management and lead mechanic to set priorities and develop maintenance plans
  • Order and receive parts using Oracle iProcurement
  • Open and close work orders in eAM
  • Create and track assets in eAM
  • Reconcile plant and mobile equipment maintenance assets
  • Generate work packages and assemble kits for scheduled work orders
  • Ensure emergency parts are expedited
  • Assist with PM scheduling and track completion of work
  • Maintain physical cleanliness and organization of storeroom
  • Coordinate activities and schedules related to service vendors
  • Track data for maintenance reporting and budgeting
  • Run and analyze eAM reports
  • Develop and maintain ad hoc reporting as required


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Equipment maintenance experience
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance system a plus
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to operate forklift or telehandler
  • Valid operator's license with a good driving record
