Job Summary:

USA Health is seeking a skilled Trauma Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our operating room staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
Maintain aseptic technique and sterile field
Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operation of the OR
Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a Trauma Operating Room or completion of a scrub technician training course and six months of experience in a Trauma Operating Room
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
