We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Western National Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving our multimillion-dollar apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair residential facilities, including apartments, common areas, and amenities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
- Respond to emergency repairs and unit turnovers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality resident experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Current or previous maintenance experience, with a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
