Job Summary

Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine PET/CT Technologist to join our team in the Wall, NJ office location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing outpatient radiology practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including PET/CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients, either by injection or orally, and insert IV catheters as needed.
  • Perform and document radiation-related surveys to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Respect and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and other meetings as required.
  • Understand and apply policies and procedures related to employee and patient safety.
  • Perform other related technical and clerical duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Nuclear Medical Laboratory.
Requirements

Qualified candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology, licensed in the State of NJ, and registered or registry eligible by ARRT in Nuclear Medicine Technology or by the CNMT registry.

Current and valid CPR/BLS certification is required prior to the start of employment. Candidates must be able to insert IV catheters and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
