">Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in comprehensive training on our products and sales methodologies to ensure success in your role.
  • Conduct pre-scheduled appointments with potential customers in their homes, showcasing the features and benefits of our exterior remodeling solutions.
  • Develop strong client relationships by actively listening, understanding their needs, and creating tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Partner with our customer service team to maintain an exceptional customer experience, ensuring project excellence and satisfaction.
  • Network and prospect to identify additional potential customers, expanding your business and revenue streams.
  • Take ownership of your business by conducting job site visits to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure project excellence.

">What We're Looking For:
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required; we prioritize drive, passion, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds are essential for success in this role.
  • You should possess strong communication and people skills, with a focus on building trust and following up with clients.
