Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Caregiver Role to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Frisco.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery/Antepartum/OBED specific RN roles, with a focus on creating personalized care plans and assessing patient responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and identify nursing diagnoses
  • Create care plans that address both physical and emotional needs
  • Utilize nursing judgement to make precise health assessments
  • Demonstrate caring practices by addressing patient discomfort

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery/Antepartum/OBED specific RN experience
  • L&D/AP Charge RN experience required
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program; BSN or higher preferred

Compensation:

$65-$90 per hour salary, reflecting the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals in our rapidly expanding community.
