Key Responsibilities:- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications and licenses may be necessary based on location.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
