Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various metal fabrication equipment, including saws, sanders, and CNC machines, to cut, bend, and shape metal components.
  • Assemble metal components into finished products, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
  • Choose appropriate metal materials and finishes for each project, considering durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
  • Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and tools to keep them in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with team members, including designers and production managers, to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in metal fabrication equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Understanding of metal materials and finishes.
  • Strong measurement and mathematical skills for precise cutting and assembly.
  • Ability to perform accurate calculations for dimensions and materials.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and handle materials.
Work Environment:

Our manufacturing floor is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of metal fabrication equipment and materials. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times while on the manufacturing floor.
