**Job Summary:**
As a Shift Leader at Kwik Trip, you will be responsible for assisting the location Manager and Assistant Manager in the operations of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Accountability:** Account for all shift and daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* **Leadership:** Assist in the development of new employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
* **Inventory Management:** Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are stored and rotated properly to avoid damage or spoilage.
* **Store Maintenance:** Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies, ensuring that the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
