Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medical Center Health System in Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse and have BSN preferred. Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association is required upon hire. The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
