As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for full-life cycle procurement activities, including evaluating bids, selecting and recommending suppliers, and negotiating price, delivery, quality, and service.
Responsibilities- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet the company's needs.
- Review and process purchase requisitions and pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement support for proposal efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of procurement experience, with a strong understanding of contract vehicles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues.
