About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at The Lorenz Clinic, LLC. As a key member of our community-based department, you will provide trauma-focused Children's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS) and CTSS services to clients in an applied, clinical, community-based and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, psychological testing, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic according to MN Statute 256B.0946
  • Deliver intervention consistent with the program's chosen clinical model
  • Carry intervention caseload as assigned
  • Attend and participate in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, organizational meetings, and other team meetings as required
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards
  • Comply with relevant statutes, licensing board rules, and codes of ethics
Requirements
  • A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from a regionally accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
  • At least one year experience providing community-based clinical services
  • Competence providing psychological services to children and their caregivers; willingness to employ the clinic's chosen clinical model
  • At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
