Job Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to individuals, groups, and families. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Minimum of two (2) years' CURRENT experience (post issuance of clinical licensure) in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting
  • Experience working in a government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF is preferable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior military and/or SOF experience
  • Experience working in a Government setting such as DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF
  • Prior experience in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment
Work Environment:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, providing mental health services to clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
